The admissions team writes software, implements systems and provides operational support staff to manage all undergraduate, graduate and professional applications; admissions decision processing and undergraduate recruiting. Students can register for campus tours and recruitment conferences, complete and online application and check their application status on the Admissions Web Site. Administrators and departments campus wide use ISISAdmin to recruit the best possible students, process applications and manage application data.

The UF Directory is the university's central resource for recording names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and your emergency contact information. You can use the UF Directory on-line phonebook to locate people at UF. The UF community can update their personal directory entry and emergency contact information. The Infrastructure and Reporting Team is the backbone of the student records system. In addition to insuring that critical processes run smoothly, the Infrastructure and Reporting team is responsible for creating and maintaining the Admissions, Registrar, ISIS and ISISAdmin Websites, preparing data files for the State Board of Education, creating ad hoc reporting, providing technical support for maintenance and development of ISIS and ISISAdmin systems and maintenance of various testing agency files.
myUFL Portal

The myUFL Portal at http://my.ufl.edu provides news and information about UF, as well as access to the myUFL system. The myUFL system provides faculty, staff, and students with around-the-clock access to online business applications, with more than 100,000 active accounts and an average of 14,000 daily visits. myUFL serves as the gateway for the campus community to process financial transactions, including vendor payments, travel and expense reimbursements, and grants management. The myUFL portal also provides 24-hour access to UF's data warehouse, allowing for queries and report delivery 365 days a year. The university's HR functions are also managed via the Human Resource module in myUFL. myUFL is the framework for several enterprise applications, including PeopleSoft Oracle, myUF Market, ognos reporting software, and student payment systems including CashNET. Registration is a vital function of any university. The Student Records Team provides resources needed to support departments and colleges across campus by collaborating with departments to create and maintain systems for Course scheduling, athletic eligibility tracking, petitions and veterans affairs.

The myUFL systems are secured for application access by assigning each user one or more security roles. The myUFL security roles define the work each user is authorized to perform. The security team at Enterprise Systems administers an Access Request System for handling requests received from the Department Security Administrators. Student Records and Degrees provides self-service, distributed, and automated processes that include the following systems: Registration, University Grading System (Grade-A-Gator), Degree Processing, Transcripts, Hold System and the Student Academic Support System. UFID

A UFID is an eight character identifier assigned to all university faculty, staff and students. The UFID is used in place of a person's Social Security number to improve security and information privacy at the University of Florida.
